If you are not able to see ‘Windows form app’ in visual studio while creating the new project in Visual studio then make sure you open Visual Studio Installer and modify it by downloading .NET Desktop development.
Once you download and install it, you will be able to see this option in Visual Studio and you will be able to create new project.
